Returns policy: If something is wrong with your order when you receive it, please let me know by using the contact form at the bottom of this page, within 14 days.

I'm pretty careful about checking books for any damage before they leave here, because I know they're often gifts or something you might want to keep. And I reckon I package them more carefully than certain big retailers (and with less cardboard!)

But please let me know as soon as you can (within 14 days) if your copy has arrived in sub-par condition, or if I've messed up the dedication, or if I've somehow sent you the wrong thing, and we'll sort it out through either a refund or replacement.

For clothing, please check and double-check the size information on the product pages, measuring against an item you already own — it's easier than exchanging later. Of course, if your shirt doesn't fit, use the contact form below to let me know within 14 days and I will sort out a replacement. 

And of course if there are any other problems with clothing, like damage or sending the wrong item, get in touch within 14 days and I'll sort it out for you.

T-shirts and other merch items are made to order so will be delivered in a separate package to any books or stickers you buy at the same time, and postage is also charged separately. Please allow up to five days for dispatch on these items, after which delivery in the UK will use Royal Mail Tracked 48.
